*1 Year Working Holiday V OWP Exp- Oct'19
*Passport exp Apr 2020
*Work Visa expired
*LMIA application sent May'19 via Registered Mail
* WES done
* IELTS done
Im planning for a vacation back soon, and intend to apply for PR under CEC once/if LMIA is approved in 8-10months time(I presumed)
1. I read somewhere saying that i should not leave Canada while LMIA is in progress? If YES can i still legally work with the same employer even after my WP expires while waiting for final decision on my LMIA?
2. Pertaining above, should i plan my vacay and come back before my WP expires? And Do i still need a VISA to come back Canada even with a valid WP?
3. Started as waiter in Oct'18. Promoted on Jan, supposedly my Canadian Experience in NOC 0 starts, but my offer letter dated on May (after 1month Ad). So technically my Canadian Experience starts from Oct or Jan or May ?
4. Is there a way to track paper based LMIA ?
