Hello i have a question how to prove that my employer was unable to find PR or Canadian Citizen for my position? does he has to write any special letter to immigration office ? or they only need the scan of online ads that were posted for over a month ?

1. No, your employer has to convince HRSDC that s/he has made a sufficient search for a Canadian or PR>

They will need to provide information on every candidate that applies, if they interviewed them, what occupation that person holds and why they were not suitable for the role. The requirements on all of this is in the application forms.

And if my company is not interviewing any body cuz they have put in Ad that they are looking for someone who knows program that is only used in this company? (IT) no other company is using this software, so the candidates do not meet the requirements

It's probably going to be difficult to get the LMIA approved in that case. They need to also prove there's no one they could hire and train in this software.

Hello,
I am an international pharmacist who has not licensed in Canada, yet.
Can I apply the LMIA with a job offer for pharmacy technician?
If not, what other ways can I get a work permit?
If I apply as a pharmacy intern, will it work?
I am thinking to go under the temporary foreign worker program since the foreign skilled worker program requires the license.
Please advise!
Thanks!!

Hello Everyone

on the CIC website there are two different application forms. I am employer in canada and applying for a foerign worker outside canada and there is no app in processing for the applicant for PR or any other.

EMP5593 or EMP5595?

What is the difference between both forms and also EMP5578 is needs to filled or if not, then in what conditions it needs to be filled in?

Thanks for you help in advance.
