Recently I was in Toronto for a job interview as an assistant superintendent the thing is the company seems interested but they have never hire a foreigner ( I can tell because they asked me to start the process for the work visa)
They asked me how soon I can be there if they called me, I told them it depends on how soon they can get the LMIA and how long the process takes in my country. Acording to CIC website in my country (Dominican Republic) the timeframe is 3 months, but I would like to know if, since I already have been granted entry to Canada before, I could apply with the documents at the POE?
And how long the LMIA process takes in Toronto?
