LMIA work permit, will it affect if employer changes the brand name under which they are operating?

Hi,

I am currently on LMIA based work permit in Canada.

My employer is changing the name of brand under which they operate the restaurant.

But my Company name, Job location, Job title and Job duties going to be the same as per my work permit.

I want to know will it going to affect my work permit?

If the company name changes then yes that would impact your WP. It must be under the current name.
