Lmia wage issues

I have been getting paid $20/ hr since last year but my representative got my Lmia approved at $17/ hour which was the median wage at that time,
My question is will it be an issue that why the job offer wasn’t posted for $20/ hour?
My employer and my representative did it ! I had no idea until I checked the document myself?

iRCC doesn’t care if you were given a raise during your employment. Your employer should have revised the LMIA if you received a raise before it was approved.

So the wage I earned was based on my experience right,
If someone new has to start out they had to start from

I was already making $20 an hour in 2022 while Lmia application was submitted at $17 for my same position ,but I have been working since 2022 I started at $14.50

Your employer made an error but in general IRCC cares more if people are getting paid less than more.

Highly doubt it if everything else is legit.

Yes everything else is right forgot to mention I have been working full time since 2020 and every other documents are in regular
. Pay stubs
. T4
. NOa
. Reference letter
. 6 first and 6 last month bank statements
