I have a question regarding LMIA/ VALID JOB OFFER LETTER FROM AN EMPLOYER
Right now I’m working remotely from Ottawa for Quebec employer & I have 2.5yrs of experience in NOC 1/2. I left with 10 months of open work permit.
My employer is ready to sponsor me LMIA or valid job offer letter for Express Entry under CEC class.
My question is can I claim points for LMIA/VALID JOB OFFER LETTER under this situation, where I’m residing in Ontario and working for Quebec employer remotely ?
