Part of getting the LMIA is demonstrating that the work is either very short, or that there is no single Canadian interested in and qualified for the job.

There is nothing like you will get or you will not get. The important point here is that you should find an employer who is ready to file LMIA for you. Services Canada asks for several documents from the LMIA which most employers are unable/reluctant to provide. also when applying for LMIA the company comes under Services Canada's radar regarding it's whole recruiting process.amitrangrej said:
