LMIA updates required - reply asivad anac

My employer had applied for LMIA in July this year for support my PR as I am outside canada , still there is no good news from office. is there any restriction on issuing LMIA due to elections or any other reason for lingering.
Is there any difference between LMIA for TFW and FSWP?
Please guide us on latest LMIA updates

There haven't been any policy changes on LMIA in the recent past - at least I haven't seen any. The process takes a few months to unfold depending on factors outside your or your employer's immediate control. Did you employer use an immigration lawyer's support on the application? Are they able to follow the progress of this application?
