I am currently on a Post Graduate work permit, issued in may 2019 valid until May 2020.
During my studies, I used to work with a employer part-time, and switched to be a full-time employee after studies (on PGWP).
My employer is going to now apply for LMIA to sponsor me. Offering $22/hour (NOC B)- which is the median wage for my specific NOC Code, but lower than Ontario's median wage of $23.08.
So, my question is, for the LMIA application:
1: Does my employer fill out EMP5593 "LMIA application - Permanent Resident", as I have to apply for work permit extension and eventually Permanent resident visa after LMIA approval.
2: Does my employer fill out EMP5627 "LMIA application - LOW-Wage positions", as $22/hr is less than Ontario's provincial median wage of $23.08
3: Does my employer fill out EMP5626 "LMIA application - HIGH-Wage positions", as $22/hr is at or above the median wage of specific occupation(NOC) of $22.00 in Ontario
Thank You
