LMIA Requirements

Hello Experts,

I am currently an 1 year PGWP (Expires Feb 2017) holder working with an employer for Full time in Toronto. I want to apply for LMIA process but i wanted to confirm that the Proof of Recruitment is must for PGWP holders or it is only for the foreign workers who come directly from other countries ?

Please inform ASAP as i think this is the best time to know the complete process.

1. The employer has to submit the proof of recruitment advertising and proof the CCs/PRs didn't meet the conditions of the job. PGWP doesn't do anything for the recruitment.
