LMIA requirement under FSW Express Entry

Schooled in Canada, graduated and got a job in Canada (NOC B) . I just started my application for express entry under the FSW stream. Would I need to obtain an LMIA from my employer in order for immigration to consider it in my application???
My employer will not issue me an LMIA. what can I do???

You do not need to have a job offer or LMIA to apply under Express Entry. However you do need an approved LMIA from your employer if you want to claim job offer points.
