LMIA received with NOC3102 for RN. But not yet registered in Province as Registered Nurse

Dear Friends,

I am a Registered Nurse in the Middle East and have Nursing diploma from India. I was able to secure an LMIA approved Job offer with the help of a consultant. The Job offer us under NOC code 3012 which is Registered Nurse. I am planning to move to Alberta, but I have not yet registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta(CRNA) for which I need to complete NCLEX-RN.

My question is, Can I still proceed with express Entry profile with this Job Offer as it gives me the high chance of Provincial nomination under Dedicated Healthcare Pathway. Will they reject because I am yet to register with CRNA.

Hi there, I’m not sure if you can get a job offer without being registered in that province. But once you are registered, and if you receive a job offer it would give you 600 points for your express entry application.
