I think i read that with LMIA the the employer has to advertise the position and then he has to proof he cant find any canadian that can do the job?.
.if such is the case then i think its hard to do LMIA .Where in canada cant you find someone that cant do a job..lol

LMIA is hard to obtain because :

1. Is to protect the interests of PR and Canadian Citizens first.
2. The employer must be certain requirements such as has been operating the business for over a year
3. To prove no Canadian and PR is available to do the job. That is where the advertisement requirement comes into play.
