LMIA PROCESSING TIME ?

i work as a web developer and am making 20 dollars and hour
my company applied for an lmia for me 11 weeks ago and its been 9 weeks since they called and am still waiting for the decision
any idea how much time are they taking these days to give a decision
any one in the same boat ???

I would expect 2-4 months based on what we've seen here. So hopefully you'll have a decision within a month.

I have been waiting 10 weeks now only received a file number so far. They are going to let me know when they will be having the phone interview from esdc. After this has happened you normally hear within a couple weeks unless they require more info or more work on the transition plan.

I wouldn't bank on it, might be 2 different processing centres

My employer applied 4 weeks ago and waiting. He called ESDC and they said 6-7 weeks more... This wait is a killer!!!!

Do you know which offu e is processing your application. Mines dual intent so it's St John's.

I am outside canada, so don't know much about all the locations. But it is Dual intent.!!!!!I need 600 pts for EE as well....

Dual intent all get processed at St John's. I'm also outside Canada waiting.
If I wasn't dual intent the office would be Edmonton as my location hopefully is Calgary

I am also a developer. $40/hour. Still waiting LMIA since file no. received on February. no phone call, no update when call in. Almost give up.

Hi, my LMIA was filed in BC on 16th June 2015 and received file number but nothing else so far.

Still waiting.... I am outside of Canada.
