My work permit is expiring in May 2024. My employer is ready to do the LMIA process for me. What is the process to do the LMIA ? Do they have to advertise first ?
I do not want my employer to make any mistake to do the LMIA. is there anyone here know the process from Employer side ? So, I can make sure they are doing right process.
I'm going to India in Feb and coming back at the end of the month. Would Airport authority let me enter in Canada as my permit is going to expire in couple of months after I land.
I will be grateful if anyone can help me.
