LMIA procedure help for my employer

My employer needs more information about LMIA !
They will post an job annoucement and pass a few interview and then choose me ! as honesly i've working on the project for a year now it's hard for 'em to find a replacement for me !
is there a specific salary they should propose to me to get the LMIA ? what are the salary standards in toronoto to get the LMIA ?
i just passed TEF and IELTS so am i ready now to start my application and the LMIA procedure at the same time ?

Oh dude, they have to advertise your job for 4 weeks before they can even send off the paperwork.

I've just seen your NOC is 2174.

Looks like a Computer programmer in Toronto earns on average $35.10 an hour. Your boss HAS to advertise the job at or above that wage and has to pay you that now if he isn't already.

I just got my TEF and started the application , they said i should complete it within 2 months , my question is should the LMIA be gotten within these 2 months or i can be attached to my application later ?
