LMIA or second course for PR

I have done one year diploma from Toronto and registered for second course. My employer is giving me LMIA. I have 3 years of foreign experience before coming to Canada. I am confused whether i should take up LMIA and go for PR directly or should continue with the second course?

What is your CRS score and NOC with LMIA. If over 520 then okay for FSW. If you have a year of Canadian experience you want around 500.

My current score is 397.NOC Teer -1. Score will be 525 after adding one year experience and LMIA.

What NOC? Nobody can anticipate how the Express entry system will change in a year.
