Please Help

I found an employer for my sister in Hong Kong.
We are now applying for LMIA , Service Canada sent an e-mail to the employer to answer the ff. questions:

1. Business Legal Name
2. Business Operating name
3. Type of business ... a. incorporated/limited b) partneship c) sole proprietor d.) other specify

The employer is just an office employee, what she is going to answer?
