: You or the group of employers of which you are part, provided false, misleading or inaccurate information in the context of the request for that LMIA
: Your name has been added to the list referred to in subsection 209.91(3) of the IRPR.

This LMIA may also be suspended if

: New information becomes available after the time that the LMIA is provided that, if known before. would have led to a different opinion
; There are reasonable grounds to suspect that you the group of employers of which you are part provided false, misleading or inaccurate information in the context to the request for that LMIA; Your name has been added to the list referred to in subsection 209.91(3) of the IRPR
; There are reasonable grounds to suspect that you are not complying with the conditions set out in IRPR.
