LMIA job offer

My current employer gave me a job offer form when I get hired in October 2022, do they need to give me a new job offer for LMIA when applying for IRCC? What date should be put the new job offer in case? If we get a positive result from ESDC, do I need to change my express entry? I already added this job information on my profile but "no" for the question about the LMIA job offer. Can I change the answer to “yes” for the LMiA question when we get approval from ESDC?

You need a new job offer. If you get an approved LMIA, you can answer yes.

After the approve LMIA from ESDC? After receiving the approve LMIA, can we now proceed with the submit an application for IRCC - closed work permit?

After getting a positive result and approved application from ESDC, even if I'm on PGWP can I added the LMIA and job offer on my express entry profile?
