Hello All,

I have low wage job offer as an Computer Operator (NOC 2281) with $18 CAD.

QUESTIONS:-
1. What is the basic steps for getting LMIA.
2. Do I need to deposit any security deposit as a refund to ESDC?
3. Is Biometric compulsory applying for TFWP?
4. When do I get tracking # after file submission?

Your employer is the one who has to submit the LMIA application - not you. Information about the LMIA process is found here: http://www.esdc.gc.ca/en/foreign_workers/hire/median_wage/low/overview.page

The first step is to advertise the job to meet the LMIA advertising requirements - has your employer completed this step?

There's no security deposit.

There's really no way to track the status of the application once it's submitted.
