My husband's employer is in the process to get an LMIA for my OH but....
Now its been more than 4 weeks since the advert was posted and OH's boss just started doing the interviews. The problem is that few people left the company, he has few new contracts and he needs more staff now (the advert was just for 1 position). Can he employ one more Canadian and still ask for LMIA for my husband? The job is in trade
Boss will contact his lawyer on Monday to confirm this but does anybody has any ideas?????? Can he employ few people now as the advert said 1 position? Does he need to put a second advert for another position? This wouldn't be good for us as our visas expire in 2 weeks
