the question :

I have done B.tech ( computer Science) and MBA ( HR and Marketing). Experience in NOC 4011 ( university Lecturer)- 5 Years.

Submitted EE profile claiming Experience in the same (NOC 4011) category.

What if I get a job Offer as Human Resource Manager (NOC 0113) or Marketing Manager (NOC 1123).

What happens if i go ahead and accept the job offer and claim the 600 points for employment offer.

WILL CIC will have a problem as I do not have any previous experience in the JOB OFFER category?

Nope i don't think so. Although i strongly believe you can find some of the small colleges that offer international students admission to see if you could continue working as a professor. Also income for this occupation is high depending on the province where you teach.

CIC will want to be satisfied that you have the ability and qualifications to do the job you're being hired for. As you have an MBA in HR and Marketing, a job in this area most likely would not bother them at all. You couldn't, for example, take a job as a physician or a carpenter, but not because you don't currently work in those NOCs, but because you wouldn't be qualified for the job.
