LMIA Inquiry - Dual Intent

Hi,

I have a question. My post grad work permit just expired and I haven’t got an ITA yet. I am trying to get an LMIA so I can secure 50 points for it. The thing is I am not seeing a lot of LMIA for my NOC but seeing a lot for food service supervisor for some reason. Is there any issue if I am able to secure an LMIA for a different NOC?

Also how does one qualify for an LMIA for dual intent? I qualify for CEC but my CRS score is too low. With an LMIA my score would be over 470.

Any information would be appreciated.

You can use the same LMIA for WP and EE application as long as it is valid.
