An employer has all the documents necessary to begin an LMIA application. His business CRA T2 is not enough to cover the wage offered. His spouse has a good job working for some other company. Can he use his spouse's income in the wage calculation?

So this employer is applying for an LMIA but the business at this time cannot possibly show can afford the salary being offered to the applicant ? Financial viability of a company is likely a key part of any LMIA assessment.

No - he can't use his spouse's income in the wage calculation.
