LMIA granted for Express Entry, do you have to work there?

If an LMIA is granted as part of your express entry application, what happens if you want to leave the employer who gave you the LMIA? Or what happens if you were fired/didn't meet expectations and were let go? Would your PR then be removed and you'd have to return home?

No issues with leaving the employer once you have PR.

Thanks, would I have to still start employment with them initially under the LMIA employment contract?
If you are just getting the job offer to get the points and get PR and won't be working there, that's starting to smell a bit like misrepresentation and you might want to be careful about doing that.

Yeah that's not my intention, I just wanted to understand what happens in different scenarios and what's bound to your permanent residency, thanks.
