LMIA GOT DENIED AS WAITING AINP CERTIFICATE.

Hello,

My friends applied Ainp but she hadn't have enough time left on her LMO, so she applied for renewing lmo(LMIA).

But she got an email from HR, saying she got denied becuz CIC wasn't satisfied of company's advertising methods. She hasn't got certificate yet. And no valid workin permit anymore.

She is willing to try to applied LMIA again, but at the monent, what does she have to do?

If her last WP is expired she needs to stop working today. I hope she has not worked even one day without a valid WP. If she has it could really hurt her application. If she still has a valid WP sheneeds to stop working as soon as it expires.
She may have to apply for a visitor visa if she is not from a visa exempt country. I am not sure how it works for people from visa exempt conties? Then contact the pnp office to let them know her situation has changed. They may tell her she has to withdraw her application and re apply based on her new situation. That could depend on what basis she was applying to the PNP under. They may just update her application if she still meets requirements without a job.
