LMIA Form Change??

Hi Guys,

My Fiance and I are currently sitting in the pool with 453 points. He filled out the LMIA Forms and sent them at the beginning of may and today we received an email saying it was rejected as one of the forms was the incorrect one but they wont tell us which. For people who are now sending off forms what form are you guys using? We think it now has to be either EMP5602 or EMP5593.... Not sure though. :'(

There is no transparency with system!!

My lawyer even told me that one of the form changed am not sure what form changed exactly?

Finally!

My fiance found someone in Service Canada that actually helped. We have to fill in the EMP5593 form. EMP5602 is for some other route not applicable to us. We are going through CEC. He called one of the service canada centres close to where we live. Now we just have to re-apply for the LMIA. You never know we might be lucky to get a draw today with people below 755 being sent ITA's. Fingers crossed!
