LMIA for support the PR

Hi everyone
I am working as an engineer for a company with my open work permit and I want to ask them to apply for a LMIA for my PR. I have express entry profile and I am eligible for CEC since January with 437 CRS score.
What should I do? Can you guide me please?

Tell them to read the link and look at the steps and requirements. They will need to post the job and show that no one has your skills. Also the job needs to meet median wage requirements for your region.

You will want to highlight that you are a valued employee and will stay with them since they will have to go through several steps before applying for a LMIA. You must show your value, worth and commitment to the company.
