Hi there,

I have already my Ielts score and Degree evaluation but i am bit wondering about my Lmia. My owner is ready to provide all the documents as i am working as a manger in one of the Food service industry. So, my question is that, is it possible to get Lmia approved if all the documents will be provided by employer under noc 0631?

If the owner is willing, just go ahead with the application. You have nothing to lose as an applicant.

I am wondering what is going through your mind in asking this question. Are you being charged anything by the owner for providing you with an LMIA? We may be able to help you further if you provide more background.
It is impossible to say whether or not the owner will get an LMIA. Has the position been posted for the minimum number of weeks in the right locations? Has the owner got proof that there have been NO LOCAL applicants and is the position still being advertised? It must be until the LMIA is approved. Is the job location rural or in a city? There are many factors, including the duration and size of the business, number of employees, salary, previous history of LMO/LMIA refusals and approvals, etc. The LMIA has nothing to do with the employee. Your ECA or IELTS assist you to get a work permit or EE once the LMIA is approved).

Don't mean to discourage you but I would say, it is impossible to get LMIA in such type of industry. I remember exactly one of Burger King owner told me, he applied for 11 LMIA for some of his restaurants. All were rejected, he has spent over 20k for doing this as he is in dire need of workers. But no results so far.
