LMIA for IT/Software Developers/Engineers (NOC 2173)

My PGWP is expiring soon and I have not been picked in EE draw yet. Standing at 476. I graduated for PhD computer Science.

My employer is willing to apply for LMIA for my currently position i.e. "Programmer Analyst".

But in LMIA form, the employer kind of has to justify that for this position there is no other appropriate Canadian citizen or Permanent Residence available. So, my employer is asking me how to justify this?

Is there any body who got his employer positive LMIA for IT/Software Developers/Engineers (NOC 2173) ?

Please advice, can employer get positive LMIA for NOC 2173 ?

yes you can get a positive LMIA only the thing is employer would just have to provide a proof of advertisements they put out for your post ? and thats how they can provide CIC a Proof that there must have been other candidates too for this job/post and they hired you because you were proper fit .
