I am currently on Post Graduate Work permit visa Valid till 10th October 2018. Since last couple of years I am working in Canada as Assistant Physiotherapist (PTA) for same employer at same place.

I am applying for PR under FSW/CEC, I have valid job offer letter (Working full time/40 hours per week/ its skill job listed under NOC B).

Does it mean that I have valid job offer letter supported by LMIA?
Or
As I have valid work permit and working under NOC B it mean that is exempt from needing LMIA?

Thank you,

No. Employer has to apply separately for LMIA.

PGWP is an open work permit. It is not a LMIA exempt closed work permit. Job offer under open work permit do not qualify for the 50 points under arranged employment.
