LMIA EXPEMT work permit , will this get me arranged employment 50 points?

Hey guys,

I had LMIA exempt work permit at skilled B before currently UNEMPLOYED, I wonder with new immigration law changes, if I get arranged employment which is 50 points.

My EE profile is ineligible since my English exam was expired last month and I dont know my total score until I get English test again.

If I get 50 points, I have to be in hurry to take English exam, but if not I don`t need to be in hurry.

Are there any department at IRCC that I can email and ask this question directly?

I don`t want to pay for consultants...

Please help...

If you are unemployed than you will not get 50 points.

I'm currently working in on a LMIA-exempt arranged work permit (NAFTA). I'm looking to get a new job soon - would changing employers (giving me new arranged employment) even though I am currently working qualify me here?
