LMIA exemption on CWP

Hi. I summitted my Express Entry profile and my actual score is 100 points lower than the CRS tool estimate. I compared the two and found out where the missing points are. I'm missing those 100 points for having an existing job offer, under the category Additional Points.

I am based in Canada with closed work permit (The work permit based on Intra company transfer - LMIA Exempt) under NOC code 60010 - TEER 0, finish already 1 year experience in Canada.

My questions as below:

what should be the correct answer?

2. No
3. No - my work permit is exempt from an LMIA due to an international agreement

Am I missing something? Is there another reason it won't recognize my job offer? What can I do to fix that?

I hope someone can help me with correct answers so I can get the minimum score for Express Entry.
