Hi,

I've come here on an intra-company transfer and hence don't have LMIA. I have a decent score in CELPIP test.

I have a valid offer letter from the company here in Canada. I'm applying under Canadian Experience class, as i have 1+ years of experience in the last 2 years in Canada.

Having checked with my employer, they haven't got the LMIA as its an ICT. Please advise how can i proceed to apply for my PR under Express Entry. I don't see an option in Express Entry Profile, where i can mention that i'm on an ICT.

Thanks in advance..

You can certainly apply under Express Entry but you won't get the 600 job offer points. To get the 600 points, you need an approved LMIA (even if you are working here on an ICT).

You just make your profile and get points for age, Canadian Experience, foreign experience, education (be sure it's been evaluated) and apply with those. If you work in Ontario, by any chance, you may get a nomination from them that will give you the 600 points you won't have because of your job. But not too much to worry about - if your points are high, you can probably get an invitation without the 600 points from an LMIA.
