LMIA exemption category for offer of employment

Hi all, I have a specific question about temporary work permit application for startup visa candidates. I was wondering which LMIA exempt category one should select while creating offer of employment for temporary work permit - SIGNIFICANT BENEFIT or ENTREPRENEURS & SELF-EMPLOYED?

I have got the nomination and work support letter from SK now i am applying work permit visa onlin from UAE. i want to ask you how many days will take by embassy for take decision.
