I am currently living in Manitoba, Canada. I came to Canada (Toronto)in 2013 on a student visa. I have my valid PGWP until may 28, 2018. Now I am working as a nurse since august 2016 in Manitoba. Recently I got MPNP approval CERTIFICATE. Along with my nomination I did received a supporting letter to apply for my LMIA exempt work permit which I assume is closed work permit.
My employer already paid the LMIA exempt fee of $230 thru employer portal, and I got the employer offer number which starts with 'A'.
It is clearly mentioned in the MPNP certificate that I cannot use it to apply for PERMANENT RESIDENT through Express Entry.
I have an Express Entry profile created and got 439 points with considering my 1-year experience.
This is my present situation so I would like to get opinion to do my further application of work permit and EE profile.
1) Can I use this LMIA EXEMPTED WORK PERMIT IN THE EXPRESS ENTRY TO GET THE ADDITIONAL 50 POINTS?
Q 2) Should i need to work one year after receiving the closed work permit or does my 1-year experience with my post graduate work permit is good enough to be considered?
Q 3) Can I go to Canada border services agency to get my closed work permit instantly?
Could you please give the possible options in my case.
