I have appiled Startup PR application and its under process. I also applied Open Work Permit. 2 months back, medical also done. Recently IRCC sent application to submit LMIA exempted number and compliance fee for OWP. As per my lawer, LMIA is exempted by default under OWP. Need guidance whether it’s required, if so which LMIA exempted number needs to be provided and whats the fee for that.
