I have my provincial nomination from Ontario and i have submitted my PR application. I am out of status as of now and have to apply for restoration.
I want to apply for the employer-specific work permit asap. The only thing I am missing is the letter of support from the province that the job complies with the federal gov agreement etc. Ontario is not issues a support letter for employer specific permits.
I spoke to several CIC agents all of which told me different things. One of them said if I have submitted the PR application and have an AOR then I don't need the support letter. Another one told me my nomination certificate was the support letter. Another one said that just provide a explanation letter as to why I can't get the support letter. And so I'm uncertain how to proceed.
Would any one have info they can share to help me out? Or did any one go through the same issue and can shed some light? It would really help me out!
