LMIA Exempt T52

I am an Indian citizen, i am currently on my Post graduate work permit and working for a firm in Canada. I wish to apply for LMIA exempt under Professionals and Technicians – T52 (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership).

I want to ask that is Indian citizen eligible to apply under this agreement?

I personally dont know much about this but I do not see India listed as one of the 10 countries so my guess would be no.

Probably a bit of a stretch anyway to imply India borders the Pacific
