Hi All,

I have an intracompany job offer that is LMIA-exempt (under ICT category) and completed 2 years in Canada.
Can I select “Yes” in the CRS calculator when asked if I have a valid job offer? My NOC is Teer 0 major group. So if I can select yes to the above option then I will get 200 points.

Could you please share your comments? TIA

I think you can select yes and claim those points!

Thanks, so just to confirm. Even if I have the LMIA exempt job offer I cannot claim the 50 points as per the new rule, is that correct? (Crs calculator is still showing 50 points for job offer)

For now, you can claim points. In the new year, points will no longer count. So hopefully there will be a draw and you will get ITA. You may have high enough score without the 50 points.
