I have a letter of introduction for an OpenWorkPermit from outside Canada. In addition a Visa was stamped on my passport. I still did not got the work permit itself, as this paper is provided by the border agent at the airport.
My question is: am i considered as LMIA exempt? can i get job offers from employers without them going through the process of LMIA.
Can i say that i am LMIA exempt?
