There is no rule regards to your employer and relationship unless your aunt is making you owner of that company.

LMIA is a lengthy process. you aunt cannot simply recruit you.

Yea, she knows that, she had been offered to someone else in the past, but those are not relatives, so just a unsure question about this.

On top of it, if my academic major related to same field, my canadian working experiences in the same field, I even had been worked in same company for few years in the past. Do these reason sound convictive?
