Hello everyone. I have a PGWP valid till June 2017. My employer is on the verge of applying for my Lmia. He has advertised for more than 3 months, found no one suitable. But I noticed a recent change which really bothers me.

"In order for the candidate to get points, the offer must be:

for at least one year after the permanent resident visa is issued, non-seasonal and full time, and
Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) in the NOC.
If recruiting from within Canada
If you have a positive LMIA for an employee with a temporary work permit, and you want to make them a job offer, the LMIA may still be valid under Express Entry."

Job offer for 1 year after permanent visa is issued. What does that mean? Should I work with the same company for 1 year after my PR?

It means the employer must be offering you a "permanent role". This does not mean you have to work for the employer for a year after you become a PR.
