Hi,

I just got a phone call from my immigrant office that LMIA interview will be progress next weekend.

However, LMIA officer asked my employer a letter from my employer’s accountant regarding financial status, but accountant rejected to write a letter.
So we will send my last year T4.

Because of this problem, can LMIA be rejected? Please let me know... thank you.

Yes - the LMIA can certain be refused for this reason. .

The LMIA officer asked for information on the company's financial status. Sending your T4 does not address this request. Your employer has effecitvely no fulfilled or ignored a direct document request associated with the LMIA.
