hello everyone, i'm on LMIA based workpermit as painter due to COVID19 - social distancing my employer dont have any work. can i apply for CERB ? ANY affect on claim of LMIA POINTS or complications in PR?????

If you earned $5000 in the last 12 months then you can apply for CERB.

You can't claim the points unless exceptions are made.

Noticed that you are actually in India. Your CERB will be dependent on when you left for India. If you did apply and you do qualify for CERB and your company is returning to work you would need to stop applying for CERB if you can’t work because you are abroad.
