I have already approved Labour Market Impact Assesstment(LMIA) thru the ESDC and my Employer was already send to me the softcopy of my approved LMIA. I am Filipino and I was in the Philippines right now.The employer was commit to pay all the expenses including processing fee, agency application fee, working permit/visa and plane ticket.
After the approval of my LMiA the employer asked that,before they send the original copy of all my approved documents including here the LMIA and they will also process my application like working permit they asked to pay first the security bond about 1,500 CAD, to secure that the employee will not to revoke the contract
