Today my LMIA got approved -As positive LMIA and i was trying to update my express entry profile , so i have few questions confusion if you can help,
MY LMIA is work permit supported - my last PGWP expired already currently i am working on "Implied" Status with Job offer LMIA - Decision has not been made. I was updating my express entry profile and i have no idea what should select for following question -
A) Does Person have valid work permit for the current job in Canada?
Options: A ) Yes B) No-My job does not require a work permit C) No- My job require work permit but i do not have one
B)Is Person's job offer from the employer named on current work permit ?- A) Yes B) No
I have added my employer name while applying for work permit and added LMIA details for WP.
C) Is person , Job offer from employer named current work permit – Selected Yes
As WP is still on implied status I can use Yes right ?
D) Has person been working full time for employer on their current work permit for at least one year ? – Selected “YES”
I am Woking with my company from last 10 month only – Is it ok if I select “ yes”
E) Was LMIA issued for current work permit ? – “Yes/ NO"
Still on implied status what should i select ??
