Dear all,
Unfortunately, we have sent my LMIA application to the wrong processing center around 10 days ago and since the job advertisements were conducted about 3 months before the time of submission, we cannot resubmit the application to the correct center now. Because by the time they receive the new application it will be over 3 months pass the publication of job advertisements and as you know they should be within the past 3 months and not more.
So I was wondering if they automatically send my application to the center in charge or my employer should resend it for them.
