Hi Everyone!
Good Day!
I am an employer here in Alberta and almost done with the process of advertising. I am looking at the forms to be submitted to Service Canada and have some questions.
I am offering the job to my Sibling. I know it is going to be hard to get LMIA or Work permit approval but I will try everything so my Sibling can come here and look after my Son who has some food allergies and soon to go to a Pre-K school. My Sibling will not stay with us, he is not in a Live-In arrangement, so I need to prove that there is a suitable and affordable housing in the neighborhood which will not cost more than 30% of his gross monthly income.
My friend has a house and my sibling can stay there during the duration of his work. The house is close by and my friend will only charge him like $400.00 inclusive of all the utilities. My question is, in the form that I need to fill out, given the circumstance, technically, I am providing an accommodation to my Worker, should I pay for his $400.00 and do I need to describe and provide Service Canada with the bedroom description, etc?
Please Help, any suggestion or advice is greatly appreciated.
